Description
A road blocker is a high-security vehicle control system used to restrict or completely stop unauthorized vehicle entry in sensitive and high-risk areas. It is designed to provide strong physical security at entry points where vehicle access must be controlled.
Road blockers are commonly installed by creating a shallow foundation in the road surface. Once installed, the system can be raised or lowered depending on security requirements. When raised, it acts as a strong barrier to stop vehicles; when lowered, it allows normal traffic flow.
There are also surface-mounted hydraulic road blockers that do not require deep excavation and can be operated either manually or automatically, depending on the security setup.
These systems are widely used in military zones, embassies, government buildings, airports, and other high-security facilities. They are designed not only to stop unauthorized vehicles but also to withstand high-impact force in case of forced entry attempts.
